Jo Hawkins is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Clinical Pilates instructor based in Twyford, Berkshire. She provides high quality Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a range of musculoskeletal problems including offering acupuncture. She also runs Clinical Pilates Classes at the United Reform Church Hall in Twyford.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by pain, injury or disability. Jo provides a high level of Physiotherapy care and takes a holistic approach to your wellness and health.

Clinical pilates

Clinical Pilates classes aim to improve your core strength and posture, aiding your recovery from injury and return to fitness. As an experienced Physiotherapist Jo supervises you closely and can modify the exercises to ensure that you are performing them safely and effectively.

I found Jo to be an excellent physio, after 8 months of different appointments, numerous scans and other physio, Jo was the only one who correctly diagnosed my injury and spent a great deal of time and effort in to advising me what to do whilst also bring frank and honest, would definitely recommend!
