I found Jo to be an excellent physio, after 8 months of different appointments, numerous scans and other physio, Jo was the only one who correctly diagnosed my injury and spent a great deal of time and effort in to advising me what to do whilst also bring frank and honest, would definitely recommend!
I totally recommend Clinical Pilates classes with Jo. She is an excellent teacher, with a calm and encouraging manner, who is brilliant at explaining the exercises and making sure that they are tailored to each person in the class. I find that her classes help me feel stronger physically but they are also relaxing and enjoyable!

Her expertise and attention to detail, along with explanations of what each exercise is for is why I’d highly recommend Jo’s classes and her approach to Clinical Pilates. I saw Jo with neck pain after I hurt my neck in a surfing accident. She put me at ease and spent time taking a detailed history. Her treatment was excellent and she explained everything including what she was doing and why it would help. Jo gave me exercises and made sure I was doing them properly. The difference in just one session was really impressive. I can’t recommend Jo highly enough.
